Still More Girls Wanted!!

Sheen Lions has a thriving girls section, with training taking place on Sheen Common on Saturday mornings. The Club runs two squads at U10 (school years 4 and 5) and U8 (school years 1, 2 and 3) level. Abilities range from beginner to those who have been playing for a few years and all are very welcome. Training is provided by FA qualified coaches with the emphasis on fun, fitness and enjoyment alongside the development of footballing skills. The U10 squad plays occasional friendly fixtures and participates in summer tournaments. The squad won its first trophy at the Molesey Juniors tournament in 2010.

If you or your daughter is interested in getting into football at any level we'd love to hear from you. We would also love to hear from any prospective parent volunteers interested in taking part in growing girls football at Sheen Lions. The Club will provide all the necessary coaching resources and support.
